Please make sure you have registered for the APG27-3 meeting and your focal point has approved your registration before requesting the visa invitation letter.
To see whether you require Japanese Visa, please refer to Exemption of Visa (Short-Term Stay) | Ministry of Foreign Affiaris of Japan
Please submit this form at your earliest convenience if you require the invitation letter.
Please note that the Visa Invitation Letter is NOT a visa, so you need to go to the Japanese Consulate, with the letter and relevant application forms, to obtain the visa.
After submission of this form, you will receive an automatic reply confirming receipt of your request. If you do not receive the confirmation mail, please contact the local Secretariat: apg27-3-visa@ituaj.jp
It is likely that the receipt confirmation does not reach Gmail addresses. Please opt for non-Gmail address if possible.
