The objective of this course is to understand the importance of ICT international standardization and initiative in ICT policy utilizing international standards such as requirements of government procurement and advance technology trends. Appropriate ICT policy will be considered in order to solve challenges (development of ICT infrastructure, proposal of procurement, social problem etc.) respective countries are facing by utilizing international standard.
